Elon Musk spent the higher a part of three days on the witness stand this week in his lawsuit towards OpenAI, and it’s already getting messy. Emails, texts, and his personal tweets are surfacing in courtroom, and there are loads extra witnesses to return. Musk’s argument towards OpenAI? By changing the corporate to a for-profit mannequin, Sam Altman betrayed the “nonprofit for the good thing about humanity” mission Musk signed as much as fund. As Musk retains reminding the courtroom: “You may’t steal a charity.”
