Emails, texts, and his personal tweets are surfacing in courtroom, and there are a lot extra witnesses to return. Musk’s argument towards OpenAI? By changing the corporate to a for-profit mannequin, Sam Altman betrayed the “nonprofit for the good thing about humanity” mission Musk signed as much as fund. As Musk retains reminding the courtroom: “You possibly can’t steal a charity.”
